  • Incident Management: In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and take steps to mitigate the breach.
  • Third Parties: The Controller may engage third parties to process personal data on its behalf (hereinafter referred to as "Processors"). The Controller shall ensure that such Processors are bound by contractual terms that provide at least the same level of protection for personal data as those.
